Membership, registrations, collections and reporting for a community organisation.
Overview
A management system for a masjid and its community: member registrations, collections and transactions, dashboards and printable reports, with role-based access for committee members.
The challenge
Registrations and collections were tracked on paper and spreadsheets, which made reporting to the committee slow and hard to verify.
What we built
A web system with registrations, transactions and a live dashboard, PDF reports generated on the server and security groups that give each role exactly the access it needs.
